Partnership 

A business process outsourcing firm can partner with another entity to provide an industrial service. The Primary Contractor (External) can partner with a Subcontractor(s) to provide industrial services, it is also possible that another firm, which will be the Primary Contractor to partner with External (that will act has the Subcontractor) in order to provide an industrial service.

A teaming arrangement will then be used by the Primary Contractor in order to prepare a bid & provide an industrial service under a BPO contract.
